Tips to improve the feeling of love between parents and their children

• Convey to your child every day that you love him/her. This simple sentence creates a healthy impact on the child’s mind and makes him feel loved and wanted.

• Play with your children.Kids have fun playing anything, and have more fun when playing with parents. So it doesn’t matter what you play, just enjoy the quality time with each other!

• Educate your child. Allow your child to ask you questions freely about anything, and answer them honestly. Always explain ‘why’ to everything conveyed.

• Use a nickname or a special name as a unit of fondness. This can serve as a special meaning between you two exclusively.

• Let children help you. Children love doing household chores like helping with groceries. You can and should let them help you. This makes them feel better and fosters relationships.

• Eat meals together. Eating with children and entire family is a good stage for conversation and sharing thoughts and feelings.But make sure you switch off the tv, listen carefully to children and enjoy the quality time together.

• Respect choices. Children try to seek independence quite early,and as parents you must learn to be supportive of your children’s decisions, no matter how much you dislike it or however silly it is.

• Make Special days. Make up some name for the day, like “The Great Star Day Out” and spend the entire day outside with your child. Go to the park, play around with him, go for a movie,etc. Consider it an exclusive date with your child.
