These days’ majority people work and when working couple become parents for the first time, they are forced to face lot of problems. The major problem is generally trying to maintain a balance between work and home. But there are many examples where the parents are able to strike the chord properly between the work and their children. Parents often find it difficult to give the adequate time needed for their children. Before coming to any conclusion, parents must first think about few things like whether is there any need for both the parents to work, if the job is a part time job, whether the parents are getting medical benefits from the jobs?
Working parents are of the opinion the more income will come of both of them works but they fail to see that they are not being able to take out time for their children. It is obviously tiring to be with the kids after a hard day’s work. Besides work is not only needed for money but also needed for maintaining social life and moving the career, but it cannot also be done without taking proper care of the children. Working parents can follow some factor, which can be considered to decide what is right for the family and individuals. Working parents must be clear about the priorities and purposes; they must talk to each other about how it might affect their children. Both the needs of the parents and the children must be considered. Working parents must neither feel guilty for leaving the child alone nor is there any need to sacrifice the work.
